As a professional in the Human Resources field, I pride myself on continuing my education and learning from every business with which I interact.  I have over 15 years of professional Human Resources Administration and Management experience, and have had the opportunity to work in several industries, including: healthcare, manufacturing, retail, food services, administrative and professional services.  I have experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management including H.R. administration for companies ranging from 2 to over 500 employees,   H.R. procedures during company acquisitions and H.R. procedures when opening new businesses.  I truly enjoy people, and find developing and maintaining effective, results-driven human resources systems a rewarding and motivating career. 

I continually work to find a balance between the company’s best interest and the interests of the employees.  Employees must believe in and value the company for which they work.  Employers must trust their employees and have productive individuals working for them in order to be effective.  I view the Human Resources field as the connection between the two interests. 

I have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.  I completed my schooling concurrently while working full time as a Human Resources Director.  This gave me hands on experience that was directly relevant to my course of study.  I continue to attend classes and seminars that are directly related to Human Resources in order to continue to develop and enhance my abilities to serve clients. 

I have obtained my PHR certification through the Society for Human Resource Management.  PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources), is a national certification that certifies professionals in the human resources field that have met certain experience levels and successfully pass the national HR Certification exam. 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my husband Eric. I am an avid horseback rider, and love the outdoors.

The Innovative HR Concepts team is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive Human Resources experience across many industries and within environments from small to large size businesses. Each team member possesses a broad generalist background, combined with specialized expertise in one or more areas, such as HR compliance, recruitment, compensation and benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and labor law.  This depth and breadth of knowledge resulting from years of practical, hands-on experience, enables Innovative HR Concepts to effectively address even the most unique or complex set of needs
